If you have a damaged engine that needs to be replaced, ANTAIOS can provide you with a comprehensive diesel engine replacement solution. The engines we supply are not only based on standard configurations of common models, but can also be deeply customized according to your old engine.   First, our professional service team will work with you to confirm the details of your old engine, including the engine brand, model, nameplate and serial number. To provide you with the most accurate quotation, we will also collect information about the application of your old engine, as well as relevant photos.   Based on the information you provide, we will verify the original engine configuration and confirm whether there are any special specifications. We will then determine whether we can offer a fully equivalent replacement solution. In some cases, there may be differences in flywheel or flywheel housing dimensions between engines manufactured in China and those produced overseas. In such situations, we will confirm with you whether the original flywheel and flywheel housing from your old engine will continue to be used.   Once all information has been verified, we will provide you with an accurate quotation and confirmed delivery time. All of our engines are newly manufactured. Lead times may vary depending on the product series.   Upon order confirmation, in addition to the sales contract, we will also sign a Technical Agreement with you. Final product delivery will strictly comply with the specifications defined in this Technical Agreement. Before shipment, we will provide an Inspection Report to ensure that the delivered products are fully consistent with the commitments outlined in the Technical Agreement.

If you do not have an old engine and need to purchase a new one for installation on your equipment, ANTAIOS can also provide a comprehensive OEM solution.   First, our service team will confirm the details of the equipment where the engine will be installed, as well as the core technical parameters required for the intended application. Among these, engine power and rated speed are essential. In addition, we will gather other relevant information, such as your preferences regarding the engine, including budget range and preferred brand.   Once the key inquiry information has been collected, we will provide multiple solution options for your consideration. Depending on the application, we will not only recommend different engine models, but may also suggest commonly selected optional configurations. You can then decide whether these options are necessary based on your specific needs.   During the solution confirmation process, welcome to communicate any requirements with us at any time. ANTAIOS also offers online technical meeting support, allowing you to communicate directly with our engineers.   As with our engine replacement service, for customized OEM solutions we will sign a Technical Agreement with you. Before shipment, we will also provide an Inspection Report to ensure the engine delivered fully complies with the agreed technical specifications.   If you plan to place bulk orders but would like to start with a trial order for testing, that is absolutely acceptable. After you receive and test the engines, you may share any additional customization requirements before placing your second order. We will then make the necessary improvements and provide optimized solutions based on your feedback.

If your operating environment is relatively demanding and you require higher standards for engine performance, ANTAIOS can also provide customized engineering solutions.   First, our service team will review your detailed requirement list and prepare a more professional and tailored quotation based on your specifications. In most cases, to better understand and confirm your needs, we will arrange a technical meeting with you to ensure all requirements are clearly defined.   For engines with special requirements, we will provide additional documentation such as technical drawings and specification sheets. We will also sign a finalized Technical Agreement with you to clearly define all customized details. Before shipment, the Inspection Report we provide will separately specify these customized items, allowing you to clearly verify that all special requirements have been properly fulfilled.
