When equipment malfunctions, back-end engineers can remotely diagnose and guide on-site personnel to perform repairs, reducing troubleshooting time from 24 hours to 4 hours. In 2024, the export value of this equipment exceeded RMB 200 million, and it was widely used in infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions.
